What is the Frequent Buyer Reward Program? New for 2005, the World Wide Knives Frequent Buyer Reward Program is an automatic 4% (four percent) discount applied to all customer orders that are received and fulfilled within 60 days of the customer's last shipped order. Each shipped order will begin the next cycle. For example, if you placed an order on January 1 and we were able to fill and ship that order, any order you placed between January 1 and March 1 would qualify for the discount. Once the next order is placed and shipped, that new invoice date becomes the starting point for the new 60 day period.
How much is the discount? The discount for frequent (within 60 days of last shipped invoice) orders is 4% of the item total. The shipping/insurance/handling fee is not discounted.
How do I get the discount? Once you place an order, we will check your customer record to see if that order qualifies for the Frequent Buyer Reward and, if it is a fillable order that has been placed within 60 days of your last shipped invoice, the 4% merchandise discount will be figured automatically. Your final invoice that is included with your shipment will reflect the discounted order total.
I want to pay by check or money order. Will my order still be discounted? All qualifying orders (shippable orders placed within 60 days of your last shipped invoice) will receive the discount. If you include an email address in your initial order and your order qualifies for a discount, we will let you know the total amount to send. If you have already sent payment and your order qualifies for the discount, a check in the amount of the discount will be included in your order shipment.
I know I've ordered before, but I no longer have my invoice. How can I tell if my new order is going to qualify for the discount? If you have any questions on your last shipped order, just Email Us and we will be glad to look up the information for you.
What if I need to return an item that has been discounted? Our regular returns and exchanges policies will apply: you will receive exchange credit based on the discounted item price, or will be credited the discounted item price less 15% restocking for returns.
